excellent job of illustrating the NYSE and NASDAQ advances and
declines. As opposed to price or NAV data this is a measure of their

When all the market Indicators turn Red, a Double Red Alert Is in progress. This does not mean the market has to crash, but it does mean high market risk is present and it may be prudent to adjust your portfolio positions accordingly. When a Double Red Alert exists and the Hurst lower envelopes are penetrated to the Downside, defensive action is appropriate. (ie) Switching to the money market of defending open positions with short ( inverse ) Proshares ETF positions.
